SYSDIAG's SCSIDDS tool will show you. That is if you have the password.

Note: Certain tools within SYSDIAG were password protected starting with MPE/iX 5.0. In theory this is to protect us from ourselves. And protect HP’s intellectual property from being used by third parties. You should be able obtain a password from HP, though it will take some effort. Also, SYSDIAG has been replaced in MPE/iX 6.5, so fate of SCSIDDS is unknown at this time.
