Give all your network printers names, either in your DNS or the local HOSTS.NET.SYS file on your HP3000. Then, in NPCONFIG.PUB.SYS, you can use names for your printers instead of IP addresses. Which means you can change IP addresses on your printers and not have to change NPCONFIG.
