The HELP program entries are organized alphabetically.   But we can
divide them into major categories according to the sort of computer
function (task) they perform.

ABORTIO/       Aborts one pending I/O request for a device.

DOWN           Removes a device from normal system use.
DOWNLOAD       Downloads format information to a line printer.

REFUSE         Disables jobs/sessions (and/or data) on a device.
SET            Sets terminal configuration.
SETMSG         Enables/disables receipt of messages on the terminal.

LISTF          Displays the description of permanent files.
LISTFTEMP      Displays the description of temporary files.
PRINT          Prints the contents of a file.
PURGE          Removes a file from the system.
RELEASE        Removes all security provisions from a file.
RENAME         Changes the name of a file.
RESET          Cancels file equations.
RESTORE        Returns files stored on tape to the system.
SAVE           Saves a file the permanent system file domain.
SECURE         Restores security provisions to a file.
STORE          Copies disk files onto magnetic tape for storage.

DELETEVAR      Deletes one or more variables defined during a session.
INPUT          Interactively assigns a value to a variable.
SETJCW         Creates or assigns a value to a job control word (JCW).
SETVAR         Assigns values to MPE/iX variables
SHOWJCW        Displays the current status of job control words.
SHOWVAR        Displays specified variable names and their values.

ABORT          Aborts the current program or operations.
ABORTJOB       Aborts a job or session.

DO             Used to edit/reexecute commands in the history stack.
:EOD           Denotes end-of-data on input stream.

CONSOLE        Moves the system console from another terminal.
DEALLOCATE     Deallocates program or procedure loaded with ALLOCATE.
DISALLOW       Prohibits access to specified operator command.
DISCRPS        Enables/disables Rotational Position Sensing on device.
ERRDUMP        Dumps a process or system error stack.
FREERIN        Release a global Resource Identification Number.
GETRIN         Acquires a global Resource Identification Number.
OUTFENCE       Defines minimum priority to print an output spoolfile.
PAUSE          Suspends current activity for specified time (seconds).
RECALL/=RECALL Displays all pending resource request messages.
REPLY/=REPLY   Reply to pending resource request message at console.
RESETACCT      Resets system counters for an account to zero.
