SUPPOSE YOU MAKE A MISTAKE WITH HELP? Good thing you asked. Almost everyone makes mistakes. THERE IS NO COMMAND CALLED :HLLO You and I know there's no such command. But you might make a typing error. Or you might be genuinely puzzled about the name or spelling of a particular command (some command names ARE a little unusual). Having the right command name is a must. You can waste valuable time trying to guess the spelling of a particular command. If you're in doubt, look it up in your MPE/iX Commands Manual or in your Quick Reference Guide. Sorry to say, HELP is genuinely unhelpful if you're off-base on the spelling. But we can try...... >HLLO <RETURN> The computer will try to find HLLO -- it always tries. ..To learn what you'll get, press <RETURN> Back to Main Index
